Dr. Cynthia Kuper
Founder and CEO
Dr. Kuper hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry. She served as a post doctoral fellow with Nobel Laureate R.E. Smalley and worked at NASA JSC leading the way to becoming a Nanotechnology expert.
She has a decades long career in science and technology spanning areas of cancer research and materials science. Dr. Kuper additionally has many years of business experience serving roles in publicly traded companies and start-up ventures. She began her path in entrepreneurship with her own NASA funded nanotechnology company.
She has been called upon to testify before the United States Senate Armed Services Committee, as well as international governmental bodies, including those of Spain and Taiwan, as a subject matter expert and strategic thinker. She has addressed many audiences around the world and guided strategic thinking on future technologies and human needs.

Liz Martin has more than 28 years of CPG marketing and product development experience. She was with The Estee Lauder companies Inc. for over 17 years holding management positions in marketing and product development. Many years were also spent at Gurwitch, LLC (Laura Mercier and ReVive Skincare) creating innovation specializing in high-performance skincare and makeup.
She holds multiple patents and several of her breakthrough products were awarded industry accolades and awards. She is experienced in developing award winning personal care and cosmetic products from head to toe in a wide variety of distribution channels.
Dr. Konstantinos Lahanas

Dr. Konstantinos Lahanas has served as the manager of the New Venture Technologies group at Estee Lauder Companies Inc. for over a decade before becoming the Director of Formulations and Innovation for L Brands, an American fashion brand holding company including the likes of Abercrombie & Fitch, Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret. His recent roles include Vice President, R&D Operations of Skyler Brand Ventures and President of the Lahanas Group. He has formulated some of the world’s best selling personal products.
Pamela Baxter

Pamela Baxter is now the retired President LVMH North America, CEO Cosmetic and Beauty Brands. She has served as the CEO of Christian Dior, Givenchy and Guerlain while at LVMH. Ms. Baxter's experience in beauty and consumer includes launching Fresh skin care brand, growing it from $30 million to $450 million in 8 years. Prior to her role at LVMH she was a senior executive of The Estee Lauder Companies Inc., running their Global Business 1995-2004. During her tenure there she Launched some of the most successful brands in the company’s history including La Mer and Jo Malone.
